General Clean

What is a general Clean?

A general maintenance clean focuses on the areas of your home that are used the most or would be considered “high traffic” areas. For best results, we recommend bi-monthly cleans for residential homes.

  • Dust/Dirt/Cobweb removal

  • Clean and sanitize countertops, appliance surfaces, doors, door knobs, light switches, outlets, baseboard trim, toilets, mirrors, sinks, showers/tubs

  • Vacuum, mop floors

General Maintenance Clean Pricing 

(Minimum Fee $90)

  • Residential $0.13 per square foot

  • Commercial $0.15-$0.20 per square foot (price will vary)

Deep Clean

  • Residential $0.25 per square foot

what’s involved in a deep clean?

A deep clean includes everything in a general clean, plus a little more! For best results, a deep clean is recommended once a month.

  • Dust/Dirt/Cobweb Removal

  • Clean and sanitize countertops, cabinets, appliance surfaces, blinds, windows (inside) window sills, walls, baseboard trim, doors, light switches, outlets, mirrors, sinks, toilets, showers/tubs and those little corners that love to pick up dust and grime!

  • Vacuum, mop floors and hard to reach areas (behind furniture/appliances)

Move-Out Clean

Allow us check off the biggest ticket item off of your moving list, CLEANING! With our property management experience and cleaning skills, we ensure that you leave your space in top condition and will have your property manager impressed.

  • Trash Removal

  • Dust/Dirt/Cobweb Removal

  • Clean and sanitize countertops, cabinets, appliance surfaces, blinds, window (inside), window sills, walls, trim, doors, light switches, outlets, mirrors, sinks, toilets, showers/tubs

  • Sweep, vacuum, mop floors and hard to reach areas

Move Out Clean Pricing

  • Move- Out Clean $0.20 per square foot

  • Haul Out : $150 minimum (pricing will vary due to level of removal required)

Extras

Post Construction ……$0.30 per square foot (minimum)

Pets ...$25

Designated Area or Specialized Clean……….$50 (minimum)

Deep Clean Appliance(interior)…$50 per appliance (minimum)

Same Day Service…$40
