Tidy Homes LLC is a licensed and insured, professional cleaning service.
By scheduling a service with Tidy Homes LLC, you are agreeing to the following:
100% satisfaction guaranteed - if you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will return to your home. You must allow us to return within 48 hours from the original cleaning. We are not able to provide cash refunds for the original invoiced service. If you choose to leave the alarm system armed, we will carefully disarm and rearm according to instructions. We will not be held responsible for any charges due to misuse of alarm system. You agree to hold Tidy homes LLC harmless of and/or release of any or all liability relating to failure of alarm or not arming property alarm. If asked to dust/clean inside of a china cabinet, dishes, laundry, computer equipment, appliances, antiques, collections or use of your own equipment, you agree to hold Tidy Homes LLC harmless and/or release of liability for any damage or breakage to items within the home. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed. Damages need to be reported within 2 business days by phone call or email or tidy homes cannot be held liable. Tidy Homes LLC will not be liable for damage due to improper installation, lack of maintenance and wear and tear of any items.
We are not equipped to clean extreme clutter, bug infestations, bodily fluid, extensive grease, stains or fire damage. If we are not able to clean your home due to it’s condition, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the cleaning. An additional charge of 25% (of your service fee) will be incurred if the home requires decluttering before the cleaning service can begin.
Before and after pictures/videos are used strictly for marketing and promotion purposes. Tidy Homes will not include personal items in any content including address, names, family pictures, personal products, minors’ rooms, etc. If you do not want pictures/videos taken in your home, please notify us. We are strictly confidential and respect your rights to the privacy of your home.
Cash, Check, Venmo payments are accepted. If payment is not received in full within 24 hours, a late penalty fee of $40 will be incurred. $90 minimum cleaning fee, 15 mile maximum travel radius (travel fee added if exceeding 15miles.) Pricing is per project, not hourly. Pets are preferred to be secured and minors must be accompanied by an adult. A walk through is required with every new client before a clean will be scheduled. All Initial cleans must be a deep clean. Homeowners are not required to leave their home during cleaning service, however we do ask for uninterrupted time and a clear space. We reserve the right to cancel and/or refuse any service
