By scheduling a one time or reoccurring service with Tidy Homes LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
100% satisfaction guaranteed - if you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will return to your home. you must allow us to return within 48 hours from the original cleaning. We are not able to provide cash refunds for the original invoiced service.If you choose to leave alarm system armed, we will carefully disarm and rearm according to instructions. we will not be held responsible for any charges due to misuse of alarm system. You agree to hold Tidy homes LLC harmless of and/or release of any or all liability relating to failure of alarm or not arming property alarm.Additional charges may be incurred if your home is not ready to be cleaned.We are not equipped to clean bug infestations, bodily fluid, extensive grease, stains or fire damage, if we are not able to clean your home due to its condition, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the cleaning. If asked to dust/clean inside of a china cabinet, dishes, laundry, computer equipment, appliances, antiques, collections or use of your own equipment, you agree to hold Tidy Homes LLC harmless and/or release of liability for any damage or breakage to items within the home. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed. Damages need to be reported within 2 business days by phone call or email or tidy homes cannot be held liable. Tidy Homes LLC will not be liable for damage due to improper installation, lack of maintenance and wear and tear of any items. Before and after pictures are used for marketing and promotion. If you do not want pictures taken of your home, please notify us during your scheduling.
Business Policy
Tidy homes LLC is a licensed, bonded and insured professional cleaning service.
Cash, Check, Venmo payments accepted. If payment is not received in full within 24 hours, a late penalty fee of $40 will be incurred. $90 cleaning fee minimum, 15 mile travel radius maximum. Pricing is per project, not hourly. Pets must be secured and minors must be accompanied by an adult. A walk through/introduction is required with every new client before a clean can be scheduled. Initial clean must be a deep clean. A general clean must be completed before a deep clean can be scheduled. Homeowners are not required to leave their home during cleaning service, however we do ask for uninterrupted time and a clear space. We are strictly confidential and respect your rights to the privacy of your home. We reserve the right to cancel and/or refuse any service
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations due to the following will result in a minimum fee of $90:
Unsecured pets or unattended minors
Cancellations under 24 hours
No access to unit
